Who we are
Natalia is the co-founder of the firm. Natalia has over thirty years of experience advising clients on issues of commercial and corporate risk assessment and mitigation as well as representing clients in high-profile cases.

Natalia has extensive expertise in advising Russian and international clients on complex projects involving civil and administrative claims as well as criminal charges.

Irina is the co-founder of the firm. Prior to founding the firm Irina spent more than fifteen years working in dispute resolution practices of prominent Russian and international law firms.

Irina`s professional experience includes management of complex commercial and corporate litigation projects, handling cross-border litigations and arbitrations as well as advising clients on the issues of securing their assets against claims of counterparties, business partners and government authorities. Irina has extensive experience in preparing expert reports on a broad variety of Russian law matters for international litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Irina is fluent in English.

Irina is a member of the Young Professionals Board with the Moscow City Bar.

  • representing controlling persons of the debtor (shareholders, managers, etc.) as well as creditors in subsidiary liability cases;

  • advising the client, a beneficiary owner of a foreign manufacturing plant, on pre-bankruptcy risks of the plant, development of legal strategies of securing the plant`s shareholders` interests, management of local counsel;
  • representing a major international anthracite producer in an out-of-court settlement of a dispute over performance under a cargo transshipment contract due to the operator’s failure to arrange for the agreed capacity and rejection of the client`s nominations;
  • representing a claimant in ICAC arbitration proceedings arising out of a concession contract;
  • representing a foreign state bank in several bankruptcy proceedings against its Russian borrowers and security providers with the overall amount of the client`s claims exceeding EUR 175 million.

Natalia`s selected representative engagements:

  • representing a major foreign retail company, owner of several shopping malls, on administrative and criminal charges following an accident in one of the malls;
  • advising an international group of companies in relation to a corporate conflict, managing legal due-diligence, preparing legal strategy on risk mitigation and handling related litigations;
  • advising a client with regard to a threatened hostile takeover of the client's business, representing the client in court proceedings and negotiations;
  • out-of-court settlement of a dispute caused by unlawful retention of the client's manufacturing equipment.
